Elan Darvish is a trial attorney and partner at The Darvish Firm, APC. With an impressive record of success, Elan has successfully litigated hundreds of cases and obtained extraordinary results in both State and Federal Courts

More importantly, Elan’s negotiation skills allow him to handle complex business litigation matter including unfair business practices as well as partnership disputes.

Elan strives to provides the highest standards possible. As a real estate broker and Attorney, Elan has counseled both attorneys and real estate agents on transactions. He has participated in mediated disputes as well as courtroom trials relating to real estate matters for plaintiffs and defendants. Elan’s knowledge and skill in negotiating and trial strategies, coupled with his background in law and real estate provide a dynamic, comprehensive and global representation to effectively meet his client’s needs.

Elan also continually provides consulting services for various lenders, escrow agents, brokers, private equity firms and borrowers in Southern California. He also serves as general counsel for numerous corporations, including but not limited to brokerage firms, developers, and businesses throughout Southern California. He specializes in litigation of fraud, breach of contract, negligence, construction defect, Trusts and real estate matters.

Elan and his wife Joanna are co-founders and shareholders of The Darvish Firm, APC. Elan is admitted to practice law in the State of California and the United States District Court, Central District of California.

Elan earned his law degree in 2001 from California Western School of Law. In 1997, he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Southwest Texas State University, San Marcos, Texas.
